Managing Director

Mr. Maghami founded Harbor Ridge Capital and leads all facets of the group’s M&A and capital raise activities, including managing transaction processes, client management and business development. Prior to Harbor Ridge Capital, Mr. Maghami was a co-founder of Shackleton Equity, a middle market private equity group focused on acquisitions of distressed assets and companies in technology verticals. Prior to Shackleton, Mr. Maghami was a private equity investor with Kayne Anderson Private Investors, a growth-oriented private equity fund with over $500 million under management. During his tenure, Mr. Maghami was instrumental in the group’s execution of over 20 transactions, totaling over $300 million of invested capital, including transactions in IT solutions, software, and online marketing. Mr. Maghami is licensed with Series 82 and 63, and a registered representative with Fallbrook Capital Securities, a FINRA member firm, to perform securities transactions. Further he earned a B.A. degree in literature from the University of Southern California. Outside of work and on the weekends, Mr. Maghami enjoys seizing the day, including spending time outdoors hiking, going to the beach, taking a nice drive along the coast and spending time with his dog Serena.


Vice President

Cameron is responsible for supporting Harbor Ridge Capital’s M&A advisory and buy-side activities, which includes leading the group’s business development efforts. Prior to Harbor Ridge Capital, Cameron was an investment professional with Brook Venture Partners, a Boston-based, technology-focused private equity firm. Cameron oversaw new deal and add-on acquisition origination, including evaluation and transaction execution. He originated and completed deals in Managed IT Services, Healthcare IT and Marketing Technology. In addition to this, Cameron worked with portfolio company CEO’s on value creation and exit planning.

Cameron earned a BA in Economics from University of Colorado and is currently in pursuit of his Master of Liberal Arts (ALM) degree, with a concentration in Finance, from Harvard University.

Outside of work, Cameron is an avid skier who also enjoys golfing and surfing.



Mr. Shetty is responsible for performing industry research, financial analysis and supporting business development. Mr.Shetty has accumulated prior experience in Healthcare and AgTech, including a Finance & Operations professional at Soukare, a medical e-commerce company in Dubai, before going on to be a Medical Product Management professional at Gyant, a medical AI startup in San Francisco. Most recently, Mr. Shetty worked at Pontifax, an AgTech focused Growth Equity firm. On his free time, Mr. Shetty loves to immerse in new experiences and people by traveling to countries around the world, listening to podcasts, and investing heavily in Liverpool Football Club’s accent back to top of English Football.



Mr. Guthi is responsible for performing industry research, financial analysis and supporting business development.  Mr. Guthi was formerly working with Solganick & Co., a lower middle market investment bank, where he worked on opportunities in IT Services and Healthcare IT space. Prior to Solganick, Mr. Guthi ran a software start-up, focused on hedge fund and trading analytics. Mr. Guthi also worked at Intel Corporation where he led a large Warehouse Management big data solution. Mr. Guthi received his Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, graduating top-15 in the university, and currently, is an MBA student at USC’s, Marshall school of business. Outside of work, Mr. Guthi is an avid poker player, and enjoys playing tennis on the weekends.


Executive Assistant

Annie is the executive assistant and active in marketing as well, supporting various administrative and assistant related tasks for the group. Annie graduated with a Bachelor in Media Arts from the University of Arizona.
