Mr. Maghami founded Harbor Ridge Capital and leads all facets of the group’s M&A and capital raise activities, including managing transaction processes, client management and business development. Prior to Harbor Ridge Capital, Mr. Maghami was a co-founder of Shackleton Equity, a middle market private equity group focused on acquisitions of distressed assets and companies in technology verticals. Prior to Shackleton, Mr. Maghami was a private equity investor with Kayne Anderson Private Investors, a growth-oriented private equity fund with over $500 million under management. During his tenure, Mr. Maghami was instrumental in the group’s execution of over 20 transactions, totaling over $300 million of invested capital, including transactions in IT solutions, software, and online marketing. Mr. Maghami is a licensed registered representative with FINRA to perform securities transactions, and earned a B.A. degree in literature from the University of Southern California.
Andy joined HRC in January of 2017 and is responsible for deal origination, deal execution, and other related transactional tasks. Andy is instrumental in supporting active M&A transactions, throughout the deal life cycle. Andy was formerly with CITIC Bank supporting their deal processes and underwriting of syndicated loan credit facilities for large-cap US corporations. Prior to CITIC, Andy was with Robins Kaplan LLP, conducting comprehensive financial and economic analyses for complex commercial litigations. Andy graduated with a B.A. in Economics from University of Minnesota-Twin Cities and completed a Master of Science in Finance from University of Southern California.
General Counsel – Fallbrook Capital
Gil joined Fallbrook in 2013 and brings with him a detailed approach to deal structuring as well as a legal perspective in the implementation of Fallbrook’s strategies and goals. He has counseled a wide array of clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to small businesses and individuals and has advised national businesses and organizations on federal and state regulatory measures. Gil was admitted to the State Bar of California and the U.S. District Court, Central District in December 2009 and graduated from The University of California, Santa Cruz with a Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics and Southwestern Law School with a Juris Doctorate.
Principal Compliance Officer - Fallbrook Capital
Wendy manages our M&A representatives as well as Compliance, Operations, Customer Accounts and is our Controller. She brings 27 years of financial operations, insurance, investment and management experience, having founded and run a successful Business Management company, Investment and Insurance Management firm and has worked with Fallbrook for over 15 years. Wendy holds Series 7, 24, 63, 99 securities licenses and is a Notary Public.
Daniel is responsible for performing industry research, deal origination, and some deal execution related tasks. Daniel was formerly with Edward Jones Investments as a Branch Office Administrator, where he co-managed over 500 clients totaling over $100mm in assets. Prior to Edward Jones, Daniel was with Feddersen & Company, working alongside tax accountants and CPAs, assisting with return preparations and other tax matters. Daniel graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration from Pepperdine University and completed a Master of Science in Finance from University of Southern California.
Annie is the executive assistant and active in marketing as well, supporting various administrative and assistant related tasks for the group. Annie graduated with a Bachelor in Media Arts from the University of Arizona.
