Mr. Maghami founded Harbor Ridge Capital and leads all facets of the group’s M&A and capital raise activities, including managing transaction processes, client management and business development. Prior to Harbor Ridge Capital, Mr. Maghami was a co-founder of Shackleton Equity, a middle market private equity group focused on acquisitions of distressed assets and companies in technology verticals. Prior to Shackleton, Mr. Maghami was a private equity investor with Kayne Anderson Private Investors, a growth-oriented private equity fund with over $500 million under management. During his tenure, Mr. Maghami was instrumental in the group’s execution of over 20 transactions, totaling over $300 million of invested capital, including transactions in IT solutions, software, and online marketing. Mr. Maghami is licensed with Series 82 and 63, and a registered representative with Fallbrook Capital Securities, a FINRA member firm, to perform securities transactions. Further he earned a B.A. degree in literature from the University of Southern California.
General Counsel – Fallbrook Capital
Gil joined Fallbrook in 2013 and brings with him a detailed approach to deal structuring as well as a legal perspective in the implementation of Fallbrook’s strategies and goals. He has counseled a wide array of clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to small businesses and individuals and has advised national businesses and organizations on federal and state regulatory measures. Gil was admitted to the State Bar of California and the U.S. District Court, Central District in December 2009 and graduated from The University of California, Santa Cruz with a Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics and Southwestern Law School with a Juris Doctorate.
Brandon is an analyst at Harbor Ridge capital responsible for performing industry research and supporting business development. Prior to joining Harbor Ridge, Brandon was an investment analyst with Mark IV Capital, a Newport Beach-based real estate investment firm, where he was performing investment research and analytics on previous and prospective acquisitions within the firm’s portfolio. Brandon graduated with a B.A. in Economics and a minor in Business Finance from the University of Southern California.
Principal Compliance Officer - Fallbrook Capital
Wendy manages our M&A representatives as well as Compliance, Operations, Customer Accounts and is our Controller. She brings 27 years of financial operations, insurance, investment and management experience, having founded and run a successful Business Management company, Investment and Insurance Management firm and has worked with Fallbrook for over 15 years. Wendy holds Series 7, 24, 63, 99 securities licenses and is a Notary Public.
Daniel is responsible for performing industry research and supporting business development. Daniel was formerly with Edward Jones Investments as a Branch Office Administrator, where he co-managed over 500 clients totaling over $100mm in assets. Prior to Edward Jones, Daniel was with Feddersen & Company, working alongside tax accountants and CPAs, assisting with return preparations and other tax matters. Daniel was the top business student graduating Summa Cum Laude with a B.S. in Business Administration from Pepperdine University, and completed a Master of Science in Finance from University of Southern California with a concentration on M&A and private equity, where he graduated with honors.
Annie is the executive assistant and active in marketing as well, supporting various administrative and assistant related tasks for the group. Annie graduated with a Bachelor in Media Arts from the University of Arizona.
